El empresario conoci\u00f3 a Zh\u00fakova a trav\u00e9s de su tercera esposa, Wendi Deng, que es amiga de Dasha Zh\u00fakova, hija de la bi\u00f3loga que contraer\u00e1 matrimonio con Murdoch y exesposa de Abram\u00f3vich. Los futuros c\u00f3nyuges empezaron a salir en el verano de 2023.<br>Para la nueva novia de Murdoch, este tampoco ser\u00e1 su primer matrimonio, ya que se ha divorciado dos veces. Zh\u00fakova lleg\u00f3 a EE.UU. proveniente de Mosc\u00fa en 1991, cuando era esposa de Alex\u00e1nder Zh\u00fakov, que se convirti\u00f3 en un inversionista energ\u00e9tico multimillonario.
